AAA’s goal is be to as easy company to do business with and to simply be aggravation free. We derive most of our business from repeat business with old customers and recommendations from these customers. Much of our business comes from people watching us work and seeing our finished product. You can understand why our customers feel as if they get value received for their masonry expenditures and why we have been in business so long.
Professionally AAA-1 and its ownership are licensed mason contractors. To be a licensed mason contractor we had to pass a very rigorous testing program over a substantial period of time. This knowledge combined with excellent skill and service qualifies us to provide to you our customers the best in masonry service:
To provide maximum life for your masonry structures by minimizing water penetration and maximizing the structural integrity of your building home. Our work leads to a longer, a more beautiful building, maximizes energy efficiency, and improves the value of your building.
Our goal is to restore and protect your masonry and prevent future masonry problems. If you own your property our inspections are free. We suggest that you call us each spring after winters damaging effects of freezing and thawing. It is this freeze/thaw cycle which damages the masonry. It is our goal then to do all that is necessary to prevent water from penetrating your masonry. It is this water which expands upon freezing and damages brick, block and mortar. Upon thawing, water vapor and liquid water can now penetrate even deeper. The damage now continues when the water again freezes.
We not only repair damaged masonry, but will suggest ways to get at the source of the damage. This may be by tuckpointing, replacing masonry, caulking, sealing, repairing/replacing capstones, installing flashing, providing weeps. It also includes being aware of cracks and separations, defective gutters and downspouts, leaking pipes, defective roofs and roof flashing.

How We Work
- Once you have discovered a problem and called us, we will respond by
- collecting all pertinent masonry information
- sending an estimator to inspect, identify and evaluate your masonry structure
- within one to three days of a call
- explaining the problem and the source of the problem to you
- providing a written estimate of the work
Once you have selected us to perform your work, we will send one of our six crews to do the work. Each crew has between six and fifteen men. All of the crew chiefs have one to two decade of experience. There is very little turnover among the crews, so if you recognize our men it is with good reason – they have worked with us a long time. We usually start your work within three days to two weeks. We can provide special scheduling depending on your needs. We will not leave your job until it is completed unless the weather prevents us from working.
At the end of the job, we completely clean up all debris. We sweep all surfaces, hose down roofs and walks as required, sift through grass and bushes.
We are completely insured and will provide a copy of our insurance to you upon request. You can be named insured if you request for a small additional charge.
Our guarantee covers our work unconditional. We also suggest other ways to lengthen the longevity of your masonry, such as roof repairs, gutters and downspout repairs, flashing repairs, snow removal ideas and grading suggestions.
